Wealth is a personal finance management platform that provides financial dashboard, document storage (Vault), transaction tracking, budgeting, and planning tools. The Service may integrate with third-party services including Google Drive, banking APIs, and other financial data providers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
You agree not to use the Service to: upload malicious files or malware; attempt unauthorized access to other users' data; violate any applicable laws; or use the platform for any illegal purpose.
Documents uploaded to the Vault are stored securely and scoped to your account. You retain ownership of all documents you upload. Wade.Technology does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
The Service may connect to third-party services (Google Drive, banking institutions, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Wade.Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Service is not a substitute for professional tax, legal, or financial advice.
You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
